Hello beautiful people =)

My day started with working out 2 times a day in 2 hours & Having my smoothie with kiwi .After the sweat & hard work session working out .I had to get ready for my interview with radio prime fredrikstad In my beautiful Home town fredrikstad ,I m very proud of my beautiful town:)

Today I meet with radio prime fredrikstad and did the interview that went perfect .I will be getting the recorded interview on my email on friday ,So I will be sharing the interview with you all . Thank you radio prime fredrikstad for having me as ur guest today the interview Will be on air on monday...but i Will be getting the recorded interview that I Will be posting assoon as I get it on friday .

After I was done with my interview earlier today I was headed to Family sports club my new official sponsors .I met up with Jamie sorensen manager for Family sports club Halden where We signed the sponsor contract .Here we are Jamie & Me after we signed the contract .I will be getting my own personal workout plan & Free work out at family sports club =)

Where family sports club comes from ?

At IHRSA Convention in San Diego, March 1996, plans were laid for a new franchise chain, and this was discussed by Hans Pedersen, Gym Line AS and Rolf Myklebust, Pro Gym Sports Center, both with extensive experience in the operation of traditional gyms. Shortly after his return, it was decided that four training centers should be involved in development of the concept.

Whats the meaning of beauty skin deep ?
Beauty is more than skin deep means a person can be beautiful inside and out. Their personality can shine through and be just as beautiful as your outside looks. It also means that inside of every beautiful person is something better that should be noticed more than their looks. Looks are good but personality is better.Yes beatuy is more than skin deep people may judge you on the outside but, they don't know whats on the inside.If your good on the inside as a person & if your beautiful ,well thats a pluss cause then your inside will make your outside beauty shine .The real beauty of a person comes from standing tall for what you believe in and showing confidence in yourself that you can make a difference!Attitude, knowledge and skills are the best foundation of real beauty.Beauty is being the best possible version of yourself on the inside and out. The best makeup is your smile. There is no beauty like the one that comes from inside of you.What makes you different makes you beautiful. The things that make you different are the things that make you beautiful. There are some very unique traits that every single person in the world has that can't be compared to any other person collectively. Sure, we all have our similarities, but there is no way that two people can say that they are exactly identical.This is one of the great beauties that life has to offer us, even though a lot of us choose not to acknowledge this interesting tidbit, as they desire to fit in instead of stand out. Remember that if you ever want somebody to see how truly beautiful that you are, you have to be willing to live your life as yourself. Don't try on someone's life in an effort to impress, because in the end the only person they will be truly impressed with will be you in the outfit of another person.

Next time you think of beautiful things, don't forget to count yourself in. Too many times in life many of us get caught up in showing love, and being kind to others, that we sometimes forget to show love and to be kind to our own selves. One thing that would help us all greatly is believing in ourselves. Not only are we beautiful individualized creatures of God, we are all so unique from one another, we all have different values and qualities that we emphasize more than others that make us exactly who we are.We are beautiful, no matter what anyone says, or no matter how any person, organization, or situation tries to make us feel. We are all kings and queens in our own right, and we must choose to wear our invisible crown of individuality everyday with humility and grace. Represent to the world what a winner is and what a winner looks like, exhibit your beautiful personality with confidence, and never forget to count yourself in the next time that you are thinking of all things that are beautiful
