The art of winning a game or i would say a competition is not an easy task. First of all, you must be a self lover, combined with loving others around you.

Why should we love ourselves more, when we have been told all our lives that inner beauty is more important. This is due to the  fact that people do not understand that physical apperance has a lot to do with  the inner body. Not the inner body  which is the oesophagus, spleen and other internal organs. But your mind which is the brain. And this includes the type of environment in which you do find yourself and upbringing matters alot as well.
