Hello! 

The past years have we literally been obsesssed with getting perfect eyebrows. There has been many discussions on what the right shape is, how thick they are supposed to be etc. I guess everybody have their way of shaping their brows. Personally I am fan of medium thick brows on myself, with a slightly light brown color. 

I need my brows to look on point and this weekend I was introduced to something very cool. A highlight eyebrow pen from Fred Hamelten. It looks like a regular highlighter but its made espeically for the brows to give your brows the perfect lift from the eyes. It really makes your eyes look bigger, and it gives a perfect touch to your look.  

I will show you how I used it:

Hello igjen!

I går dro jeg hjemover fra Oslo, men jeg hadde en liten stopp på veien. Jeg var for første gang på besøk hos min sponsor Bolt Communication på Lysaker. Det var veldig gøy å møte teamet der og få en omvisning i denne kreative bedriften. Bolt Communication ble startet av Cecilie Coward Schøyen og Sissel Tangen for 9 år siden og de er i dag totalleverandør av grafiske tjenester.  De lager alt fra årsrapporten til Telenor til Ferds konsernmagasin. Her snakker vi om logo, bedriftsprofiler, hjemmesider og mye annet spennende. Dere finner dem både på facebook og på følgende nettside www.boltcommunication.no.

For meg var det artig å besøke en bedrift som er startet opp og drives av to jenter. Spesielt med tanke på at så mange som 50 % av alle nyetablerte bedrifter i Norge aldri overlever det første året. Etter fem år har så mange som syv av ti gått konkurs (kilde SSB). Men det er mulig å få det til og det er gøy å se når noen klarer å leve av det de synes er gøy og skape arbeidsplasser. Det synes jeg er utrolig spennende. I tillegg er dette til stor inspirasjon for meg selv, som nå også har fått startet eget firma med min venninne i USA. Jeg syntes det står av stor mot og gå ut av faste stillinger og bedrifter for å satse på seg selv å stå på egen ben. Jeg håper jeg kan bli som de flotte og inspirerende jentene i Bolt og klare meg selv med et vellykket firma i fremtiden. Det er alltid toppen å  få høre historier, dele ideer og få tips fra andre som har gjort dette selv.

Som nevnt ovenfor, driver Bolt Communication med bediftsprofiler, logoer, årsrapporter og bilder. Noe som kanskje understreker navnet "Commuicaton" i firmaet, er det å kommunisere riktig informasjon for kundene. Dette er noe Bolt jobber med på en daglig basis. Det å velge de riktige bildene og få det riktige uttrykket og skape den riktige teksten osv, for deres ulike kunder er utrolig viktig. Dette var noe vi snakket om også i forbindelse med konkurransen jeg gjør i Miss Norway, der vi skal profilere ulike samarbeids partnere og sponsorer, og sist men ikke minst: oss selv.

Hos Bolt gikk vi gjennom noen av bildene mine og jeg fikk mye tips og ideer i forhold til det å ta gode bilder, posering, lys, farger osv. Sissel som er profesjonell på bilder, kunne fortelle meg hva som gjør et godt bilde og ikke. Vi gikk over flere ulike bilder og kategorier og dette hjalp meg virkelig til å tenke fremover i forhold til Miss Norway, konkurransen som jeg deltar i. Jeg kunne virkelig lære mye på mitt bedrifts besøk hos Bolt, mye som jeg vil ta med meg videre. Jeg syntes det er flott og ha en så veletablert og kul bedrift på laget, og jeg som er en stor fan av selvstendige og næringdrivende kvinner syntes de er enda bedre, for dette trenger vi mer av!  Fantastisk lunsj fikk jeg også, så det var veldig hyggelig. Hello Everyone,

This Saturday was a busy but an amazing day. It was the beauty camp of 2018. A lot of you have asked me what it did and how it works and I am so excited to share it all with you.

08.00: BREAKFAST

We met at breakfast at Grilleriet in Teaterpassagen in Oslo. I was so excited. The food was super good, we had buffet, so it was something that everyone would like. I had been in Tonsberg the day before and got a few dresses to use from my sponsor SEVEN. So I was all dressed up and ready this morning. I loved the dress.

09 -16: CATWALK TRAINING WITH KLARA

I must say we have one of the best coaches- Klara. She is super talented and good, and teached us the coregraphy for all our different walks. We practiced: casual, bikini, sports and swimming wear. It was intense and super hot, but as Klara said: we all made progress throughout the day. But you need to practice and work to be able to walk on 12 cm heels for that many hours and even later on for dinner. I am going to practice a lot the coming months., Here are some pictures from the practice:

STYLING BY GOoDWELL AND STUDIO S. STYLE

Throughout our day we got or hair and make-up done by the amazing girls at Studio S. Style. I was super happy with my look. The people that know me, know that I love big curls and despite the hot weather, they made it happen- and they lasted. I assume because of good skills and good products from Goodwell. I really felt like a princess I must say,

At the end of practice we all got godie bags from Linn Nguyen and from GO FIT, ASEA, RENU 28 and Fred Hamelten. We also got out sash which we could wear. I am excited to test out the products and work with our sponsors.

We had a photoshot later on with Kaja Karoline Koijan, which is Miss Universe 2018. So much fun!

17.30 PARADE IN OSLO

After finishing the catwalk training, styling and photo shoot, we prepared for the parad throughout oslo. We were walking from Åpen Scene to Grand Cafe at Karl Johan. It was exciting, but I was a little nervous at first. But it ended up being so much fun! The pictures says it all I guess. In my new dress from SEVEN as well.

It was so many people that came to see us at Karl Johan and it was super exciting. We ended up doing photos for like 30 min I guess.

20.00 DINNER AT GRAND CAFE

After a long day with a lot of fun, but hard work, it was so lovely to sit down with the girls and the whole team to enjoy a 3 course dinner! 

22.15 INTERVIEW:

The last thing we did was a video interview. We need to answer some questions and talk about ourselves and our purpose. I think this gives them a good idea of who we are and what we stand for.

Hello All!

Ah, today has been such an amazing and busy day. I woke up (or barely slept because of jetlag) 7:00 am. I had an appointment with Mari (which is just amazing) at VIP beauty lounge in Sandefjord at 10.00. She did my lashes, my eye brows and gave me tooth whitening - she really prepared me up to make me shine for tomorrow.  I love to come visit them and be treated like a princess for a few hours. Not do I just look and feel good, I really enjoy being there. We always laugh and have so much fun! They have even expanded to a new location and even more services. You should check them out at

MARI <3

Right after I was done in Sandefjord, I drove to Seven in Tonsberg. It was so lovely and amazing to finally meet Vibecke and the girls that work in the store, after talking mostly over internet the past months.  We are having a dinner tomorrow night at the end of the camp, and I really wanted to find and a nice dress for the dinner. And SEVEN they got it. I tried on soooo many beautiful dresses and it was so hard to decide which one (or two) to go for. But we found some thing perfect. Also it was so many beautiful colors and and items in store now. I really recommend everyone to stop by if they have the chance.

THE LOVELY GIRLS AT SEVEN!

After fininsing this. I went home repacked my suitcase and heades for Oslo. Now I am here in my two bestfriends apartment, super excited, nevorus and happy for tomorrow. I can't wait!

Finally! After missing my connections flights and lost luggage, I am finally home in Larvik. It is so lovely. It feels so good to be back home. I am very excited for the next months. There is something we as Norwegians are so lucky about. We can come home to a safe beautiful country and have a lot set up for us to be able to create a good life for us self. After being years abroad you really got to reflect on all the good sides by being Norwegian and live in Norway. 

We have free education. We offer education to everyone that want to be educated. This is not an of course in many countries.

We have and promote equality between men and women. This is not an of course in many countries either. 

We have our freedom. We are not in war or fight everyday for our right and space as human. 

We can use our voice to speak up and share are oponios for better or worse. 

And we have a society that includes all. We live so good in Norway and have so many things that make us able to create a life. We also help and make sure others in our country do well.

A lot of times abroad with my friends and people I meet, we are discussing differnces and cultures and everytime I talk about Norway, people are often so positively shocked on how we live in Norway and I feel proud and priviliged to be Norwegian. Trust me, everybody wish they were norwegian in manu ways. 

Other Things I love about Norway

• The nature, I love to spend time by the water and coast in Larvik. It gives me peace of mind: I really can not wait to go out fro my first run in the forrest.
• The food: fresh, healthy and homemade food. We have a high standard on the quality of food in Norway which I after become pescetarian and environment oriented about really appriciate.
• The people: People in Norway are so good and kind and loving. If you know you know.
• Moral and etics; we have so good morals and ethics when it comes to friendship, relationship and life values and this is something I always have brought with me.

So when people ask me now if I am excited to be home and to be in Norway and compete in Miss Norway. YES.  I’m excited and proud to be from Norway and be a part of this. I am proud to promote Norway and Norwegians values - and I will continue doing so in my journey in Miss Norway. 

Tomorrow is a new day with a lot already on the schedule. I am going to bed hoping the jetlag won't get me to bad.

The day I have been waiting for is here. All my stuff is packed and I’m ready to go home to Norway.  I’m so excited but also a little nervous (in a good way for what that will happen the next months).

I have so much lined up for me the coming months with work and events and time with my friends and family.

First off, Im super excited about going to Oslo on Beauty Camp this weekend. It will be Nice to see the girls agian. I cant belive its actually 2 months to the finale.

Second: Im also excited to work on all my projects!

Third and last: See all my friends and family again!

Everything is packed and I am ready to fly out tonight. See you tomorrow Norway !
